Cosmetologie Podologie (CP Praxis) is an evidence-based cosmetics and podiatry practice in Basel and Bottmingen, Switzerland. Founded in 2014 by Magdalena Brügger, it focuses on skin longevity, meaning healthy, lasting skin built through analysis, strategy and prevention rather than one-off treatments. A team of 12+ Swiss-certified specialists delivers over 10,000 non-invasive treatments per year across two practices.
CP Praxis runs two practices in the Basel region of Switzerland, one in Basel and one in Bottmingen, each bookable individually. The multilingual team serves clients in six languages: German, French, English, Italian, Polish and Russian (DE, FR, EN, IT, PL, RU).
Skin longevity is our approach to keeping skin healthy over time through analysis, strategy and prevention. For clients who want lasting results, we build a structured plan around four steps: Analysis, Strategy, Treatment Protocol and Maintenance. You are also welcome to book individual treatments whenever that suits you, the philosophy simply guides how we work, it is not a requirement.
Both options are available. You can book individual treatments whenever you like, with no obligation to follow a longer programme. If you prefer lasting results, we also offer a structured plan: specialists measure your skin's condition using diagnostic tools, design a personalised 3- to 6-month protocol, and add a maintenance routine with home care. It is your choice which path fits your goals and schedule.
CP Praxis works exclusively with industry-standard, award-winning equipment. Core devices include Hydrafacial (a patented multi-step facial system), JetPeel (needle-free active-ingredient infusion), the Vital Injector (automated mesotherapy) and LPG Endermologie (patented French mechanical-massage technology). All treatments are non-invasive and performed by Swiss-certified specialists.
CP Praxis accepts cash, card and TWINT at both practices today. As an official StadtBon Basel partner, it also accepts StadtBon vouchers, which many Basel companies gift employees as a tax-friendly benefit. Klarna ("buy now, pay later") and an expanded TWINT QR option are planned for later this year.
CP Praxis offers a wide range of professional cosmetic and podiatry treatments at two locations in Basel and Bottmingen. Face care includes Hydrafacial, JetPeel, microneedling, nanoneedling, mesotherapy, chemical peeling, manual deep cleansing, LumiScan Pro skin analysis, and iS Clinical facials. Hair removal services include laser hair removal, waxing, and electroepilation using the Apilus xCell system (the only FDA-recognised method for permanent hair removal). Body treatments include LPG Endermologie and massage therapy. Manicure, pedicure and medical footcare are also available at both practices.

Both practices are open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00. Basel is located at Freie Strasse 103, 4051 Basel. Bottmingen is located at Schlossgasse 24, 4103 Bottmingen.
Yes. CP Praxis welcomes both women and men. We regularly treat men for facial care, medical footcare, massage, laser hair removal and electroepilation. Treatments are fully adapted to each client's skin type and needs.
