Hydra3 Regenetic Serum combines three key elements. Hyaluronic acid binds moisture and helps retain it in the skin. A hyaluronic acid precursor stimulates the skin’s own production of hyaluronic acid. DNA liposomes intensely hydrate, regenerate and strengthen the skin. Panthenol and allantoin add soothing care.
